Conditions

  • The prices quoted are per person per night, half board, for a 3 nights stay min.
  • Persons aged 14 years and over have to pay a tourist tax of € 3,40 per person per night. 
    This fee is not included in the price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.
  • Children’s reductions apply for children sharing the parents’ room:
    0-2 years € 45,00 daily;
    2 - 6 years 50%;
    6 - 12 years 30%;
    12 - 17 years 20%
  • Reductions: 3rd person in the room (with 2 people paying the full price) -10%
  • Reservation: Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in written form.
  • The bookings are confirmed only if a deposit has been paid; the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
  • Pets:
    Dogs und pets are not allowed in our hotel.

  • Guest Pass
    Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
    The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
    The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
