For a safe holiday in Val Gardena
Always follow these three basic rules to guarantee overall safety:

•  keep your distance (1 metre);
•  wear a mask if you cannot guarantee social distancing;
•  and regularly wash and disinfect your hands

• We have equipped all common areas with automatic disinfectant dispensers
• We have introduced the option of online check-in from home in order to minimize waiting times at reception when you arrive
• All rooms are thoroughly cleaned according to the standard procedure and sanitized again on the day of your arrival
• Daily airing and cleaning of all interiors
• All of our employees in each department wear the surgical mask (this is the requirement at the time of writing)

• In the dining room, you can access the salad and breakfast buffet by wearing the mask properly and disinfecting your hands first
• Wellness department: Both the cabins and the pool can be used: access to the pool is limited. A safety distance of 2 m must be maintained in the cabins. We have already distanced the loungers in the relaxation area
• Pets are not allowed!
