- Deposit: The bookings are confirmed only if a deposit of 30% has been paid
- Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied:
- Reservations including deposit can be postponed for a future stay or cancelled up to 15 days before arrival (the deposit will not be refunded, but credited to a future stay within 31.03.2025)
There are no further cancellation fees!
- Within 14 days to 8 days before arrival: the confirmation deposit will not be refunded, but withheld as compensation. However, there are no further cancellation fees.
- Within 7 days to 0 days from arrival: Cancellation fees of 70% of the planned stay will be charged. The confirmation deposit will not be refunded.
- Advice: We recommend you to effect a travel cancellation insurance with us. This insurance provides financial cover in cases where you have to cancel your holidays due to major reasons.
