The vitarium perfectly suits all those who don’t like the intense heat of the Finnish sauna or the high humidity of the steam bath. At a temperature between 46° and 60°C and with humidity between 40% and 55%, this bath is particularly agreeable to the circulatory system.

The tradition of the steam baths came from the Middle East to the West along with the hammam. The combination of the high humidity and radiation heat makes the steam bath very agreeable and thus extremely popular.

After the sauna session it is important to cool down thoroughly. Our theme showers are a special treat to do so.
